More on Hyperion 11.2.9 on-premise release and ApplyUpdate script

 Overview

Beginning with Release 11.2.9 (Release 11.2, Update 9), release updates are distributed as set of OPatches for individual EPM system components. This release update is applied on top of Release 11.2.8. See OPatch Dependencies and Details for the list of OPatches for individual EPM system components.

Note:

• Oracle recommends that you apply the set of all Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Release 11.2.9 product OPatches together, using the ApplyUpdate script. See Applying Release 11.2.9 for more details.
• Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) is installed separately and will continue as a full install release. Complete instructions for installing Oracle Data Relationship Management is mentioned in the Oracle Data Relationship Management Suite Installation Guide. See Installing Data Relationship Management for more details.

Release 11.2.9 (Release 11.2, Update 9) includes the following deliverables:

• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System - 11.2.9.0.000 for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System - 11.2.9.0.000 for Linux x86-64
• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System - Client Installers 11.2.9.0.000 for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
• Oracle Data Relationship Management 11.2.9.0.000 for Microsoft Windows (64 bit)

  Release 11.2.9 will not have an Installation and Configuration guide. Complete instructions for installing EPM Products are mentioned in the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Installation and Configuration Guide for Release 11.2.8, which is the latest full installer.
